Essex Freemasons and Charity Bikers ‘triumph’ to help to raise money and awareness of Autism.

A recent donation from Rainham Lodge of over £700 to ‘Supergood Bikers’, is helping to support Autistic and Neurodiverse youngsters to get jobs and assist in providing any necessary equipment required for them to enjoy life to the full.

Supergood Bikers for Autism, were formed in 2016 and are a community of bikers with children & young adults who are autistic or Neurodiverse. They have bikers who ride with them who are Neurodiverse and always strive to be as inclusive as possible for their rides.

Their main purpose is to create an environment where they can talk about Bikes, Autism & Neurodiversity. Supporting each other with a phone call or just a cup of coffee (or tea) when required can make a huge difference.

Freemasonry is extremely active in Essex with over 330 Lodges that meet in centres across the County. Every year, Essex Freemasons raise and donate around £1 million to more than 700 different charities. Freemasonry in Essex thrives with money raised at social events, by raffles and similar competitions within lodges such as Rainham Lodge, who meet at the Orsett Masonic Centre in Orsett, Essex.
